Overview Position Summary: HealthEdge's People Team is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be a proactive and knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in employee relations, compliance, immigration, and other HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth execution of HR services and support for our rapidly growing organization.
Your impact: + Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuringtimely and effective resolutions. Foster a positive work environment and culture by addressing issues promptly and equitably.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of legal updates and implement necessary changes in HR practices and policies.
+ Immigration: Manage the immigration process and related documentation for foreign national employees, including visa applications (H-1B, L-1, etc.), renewals, and PERM labor certifications.
+ Onboarding /Offboarding: Will be the back up support for all onboarding and offboarding activities.
+ Performance Management: Help support the People Business Partners with the performance review process and work with management to create effective strategies for employee performance improvements.
+ HR Projects: Support and participate in various HR projects such as HRIS implementation, policy revision, and workforce planning.
What you bring: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;Master'sdegree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a solid background in employee relations.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
+ Experience working in the software or technology industry is highly desirable.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ SHRM -CP or SHRM - SCP certification is a plus.
