Our company is growing quickly and expanding into new markets every year. This is an exciting position with opportunities for growth at a mission-driven company. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Brand Creative on the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, branding, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to completion, including digital and print creative solutions, pdfs, social graphics, event signage, and product packaging. Ultimately, you will promote our brand by delivering high-quality pieces to meet deadlines.Essential Job Responsibilities:Operating with a high level of independence in creation of designsDevelops concept and layoutDeliver beautiful, high-caliber imagery to support our marketing, events, and emailsProjects from concept through productionParticipating in the creation of new marketing ideasResearching the market for innovative graphic design trendsWorking with outside creative consultants/designersBuild presentation materials and keep accurate filing of its contentWork closely with Design management to ensure presentations are accurate and on timeApply typography techniquesGenerate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/servicesMaintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projectsLiaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are metStay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
