Vimeo is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is centered around forecasting and budgeting all operating expenses and is highly visible within the organization; it involves frequent communication with budget owners (including executives) and various domestic and international accounting teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to make an impact, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:Own departmental expense spreadsheets by actualizing historical data and partnering with budget owners to maintain up-to-date expense forecastsAssist with the development, preparation, and presentation of the annual budgetPartner with Accounting teams to develop procedures supporting accurate department-, vendor-, and product-level expense reportingAssist with creating financial presentations for board meetings, earnings releases, and other investor presentations In conjunction with Financial Systems and BI teams, help drive automation, process improvement and efficiency through planning system enhancements, BI tools, and operational improvementsPrepare ad hoc analyses to assist executive decision-making and drive cost efficiencies across the businessSkills and knowledge you should possess:BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable discipline1-4 years of finance-related work experience Superior analytical and modeling skills; ability to summarize detailed analyses/data into executive-level presentationStrong verbal and written communication skills. Executive presence requiredAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required; experience with Oracle and HFM a plusWorking knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial principlesPreference for candidates in the NYC-metro areaTargeted Base Salary Range: $71,000.00 to $99,000.00The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.At Vimeo, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent across the globe.
