You will create monthly financial packages including actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, trends, headcount, and insightful variance explanations. What makes you successful:You are proficient in all Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, filters).You are able to work with large data sets from multiple systems and enjoy the challenge of working with details.You have good business judgment, are able to work independently and know when collaboration with peers and managers is needed to reach optimal solutionsYou have a strong foundational knowledge in general accounting principles (accruals, prepaids, capital)You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to effectively work with executive levels of management.You are able to deliver multiple key deliverables under tight deadlines and turnaround times during certain periods.You have well developed time management and organizational skillsFlex Workplace:Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs.
