We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support the North America Incentives business. In this role, you will support various aspects of the long-range plan; annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and reporting processes by partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting. You will initially report to the VP-Finance, Global Incentives.
Support annual plan and quarterly forecast processes Reconcile large financial data sets between multiple databases and reports Assistance with period profitability reviews and variance analysis Proactively communicate and report key financial and operational drivers and metrics Collaborate with Business Unit's including Sales, Account Management and Corporate Finance to drive process improvements Prepare and reconcile data import files and templates Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required 5 + years of experience in Financial Analysis Advanced Excel skills required Ability to manage and analyze large data sets Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with senior leaders Knowledge of online programs Quickbase and Smartsheets is a plus, ERP experience is preferred. Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $100,000.00
