R esponsibilities:
Provide financial and operational business analysis to support workflows and proposed expenditures.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making processes.
Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to process and analyze large datasets.
Transform complex financial data into meaningful insights and trends.
Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations and dashboards.
Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, with a preference for candidates with Netsuite experience.
Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Evaluate business performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
Prepare and present regular financial reports to the CFO and other stakeholders.
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Q ualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
5-7+ years experience as a Financial Business Analyst in a strategic role.
Negotiations skills and the ability to deal with difficult conversations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Netsuite: Hands-on system configuration experience is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
