The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of HR Operations to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Global Total Rewards, with a dotted line to the EVP and CHRO, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our global HR operations function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformation and change management, shaping the way we support our employees and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR operational strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Establish and manage global HR operations infrastructure, including systems, processes, and compliance.
Oversee payroll, HRIS, shared services, and employee relations functions.
Lead and mentor a diverse team to ensure efficient HR operations on a global scale.
Design and implement an HR Shared Services model to enhance employee support.
Evaluate and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all countries of operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
15+ years of experience in HR operations and leadership.
Global experience, including APAC/China and Western Europe.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience in regulated industries, preferably life sciences/MedTech.
Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and cost-effectiveness.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Details:
