You and your team will arm the consumer, product, and merchant Marketing team (as well as sales and other teams alike) with technologies that personalize, optimize, and automate their experiences for inbound and outbound customer and merchant communications and marketing strategies. This leader will need extensive familiarity with best-in-class off-the-shelf marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and have full stack experience building marketing data capabilities such unified enterprise customer views, real time hyper personalization and segmentation.
