Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sr. Cloud Developer on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Conducts full range of cloud development, administrative and IT operational tasks to support multiple domains to meet business needs Builds and supports AWS infrastructure resources using CloudFormation and Code Pipeline (GitLab, Python, and Terraform) Automates the creation and management of IAM users, and policies Automates the access of AWS services to Development teams Automates maintenance and cleanup scripts utilizing Python for Chargeback and cost savings Uses CloudWatch metrics to monitor the health and utilization of AWS resources and applications Develops, documents, and performs system maintenance plans Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI Poly
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
8+ years IT developer experience Required Certifications: DoD 8140/8570 IAT III compliance Required Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology Familiarity with DevOps development processes and GitLab Continuous Integration tool Strong understanding of RHEL/CentOS Linux distributions Experience with Python Knowledge of Containerization and Kubernetes Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services Strong troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent attention to detail Team player who works well with customers and colleagues Work effectively both independently and in a team environment Desired Skills: Understanding of cloud APIs Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC); preferably Terraform Abile Group, Inc. was formed in July 2004 to partner with the Intelligence Community and their Contractors in the areas of Enterprise Analytics & Performance Management, IT & Systems Engineering and Program & Project Management.
