We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive salaries and benefit program, performance bonus incentives, and support for training and career development.Responsibilities:Project management and engineering of municipal projects, specifically the design and construction of water main, sanitary and storm sewers, and roads and sidewalks, as well as the oversight of numerous related studies including water reliability studies, feasibility studies, and the development of capital improvement plansManage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal projectsPerform technical analysis and documentationDetermine and monitor project scope, budget, and scheduleDevelop and maintain client relationshipsSupervise and develop project team members, including goal setting, problem solving, coaching, and career guidanceManage and coordinate pursuits with Business Development teamQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and MI PE registration10+ years of related experience is desiredExperience with MDOT LAP preliminary and construction engineering is a plusExperience with the study, planning, design and project management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation projects, including funding agency coordination and project permittingMunicipal project construction administration and field review experience.
