Addison Group is in search of an accomplished Sr. Accounts Receivable Associate to join a thriving client in St. Louis Park, MN. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable processing experience and a strong understanding of deductions. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, offering compensation of up to $32 per hour, depending on applicable experience.
Daily Responsibilities: Ensure the prompt and accurate posting of daily cash receipts. Investigate and account for customer deductions, both Trade and non-trade. Collaborate with sales representatives, brokers, and customers to address deduction-related issues. Monitor customer aging balances to achieve KPI targets; directly engage with customers to resolve overdue amounts and rectify unauthorized deductions. Assemble deduction packages for approval. Manage the preparation and execution of broker commission payments. Process credit memos when required. Adhere to established policies and procedures while actively identifying and proposing improvements to streamline processes. Ad hoc Duties as assigned Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
