Your primary focus will be overseeing the inventory close process, collaborating closely with the FP&A - Supply Chain Team to facilitate insightful inventory analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, DC and Retail Operations, and Planning to maintain general ledger accounts for inventory activities.
- Lead the monthly inventory close process, ensuring accuracy through meticulous review of inventory account reconciliations.
- Reconcile inventory management systems to the general ledger, investigating inventory adjustments across all locations.
- Conduct inventory reserve analysis, covering areas like obsolete inventory and shrinkage.
- Assist in physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP, working closely with various departments to analyze results and drive process improvements.
- Post monthly journal entries and prepare account reconciliations for month-end and audits.
- Support the coordination of annual financial audits.
- Conduct accounting research and assist with financial analysis.
- Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to special projects as required.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Related Field.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience leading and managing multiple projects.
- CPA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to work occasional weekends if necessary.
- Remote position with limited on-site requirements for special events.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
