If you want to be an integral part of a rapidly growing, cutting-edge technology company with huge growth potential, 1Path is the one choice for you.About the RoleAt 1Path, ourclients rely on us to support, maintain, and grow their IT infrastructure. In this role, the successful individual will generate sales for 1Path's core IT Services by finding and closing net new logos for 1Path. A Sr. Account Executive at 1Path is passionate about solving challenging problems, has a thirst for building relationships with new prospects, and thrives in ahighly competitive negotiation.Responsibilities and DutiesGrow 12-month annual recurring revenue. This will be achieved by generating: 14K MRRupsells of IT Services each month28K NRR project and hardware sales each monthSource and qualify 2 new opportunities per month which results in at least 2 net new wins per quarterHone knowledge of technology landscapeEffectively manage complex negotiationsto drive the best mutual outcome for 1Path and our clientsBring thoughtfulinformation about the marketplace to 1Path's leadership so that we may rapidly advance our go-to-market strategyDrive thoughtful solutions to clients by creating a clear roadmap from the defined current state to the client's desired stateExcellent communication and presentation skills.Qualifications and Soft Skills5+ years selling IT Managed Services to the mid-market5+ yearsdemonstratedhunter-based business development activityCarried a minimum quota of10K MRR or 1.5M ACVHighly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platformsProficient in Office SuiteManages personal progress effectively and would be described as a "self-starter" by colleagues inpreviousrolesAvid learner who is in constant pursuit of more sales, technology, or consultative skillsAbility tolead from within and negotiate internally to achieve the desired outcome for dealsDemonstrates strong reasoning,problemssolving, and critical thinking skillsMotivated to work within a team setting.What We OfferBase salary estimated range between $75,000 to $90,000 annually plus commissions.
