Responsibilities
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for outpatients, inpatients, IRU, and Generations patients• Provide overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of staff and students• Assist or actively participate in quality management, performance improvement, compliance, and safety procedures
Requirements
• Graduate of an approved school of Speech-Language Pathology• Certificate from an ASHA accredited graduate school of Communication Science and Disorders• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred• Must have knowledge of speech therapy principles and practice• Familiarity with American Speech & Hearing Association Code of Ethics• Must have or be eligible for State Licensure• Must maintain current state registration with the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services• Must have current CPR instruction• Effective 6/21/23, vaccination confirmation or exemption is no longer required
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of speech therapy principles and practice• Familiarity with American Speech & Hearing Association Code of Ethics
