We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Strategist (U.S. Seeds) to join our U.S. Marketing Communications Team in Indianapolis, Indiana! This position is responsible for planning and the over-arching content strategy for all Corteva Crop Protection.

What You'll Do: The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day-to-day management of our editorial calendar and all marketing content planning and optimization to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience
Partner with Content Leader, MCMs, Social Leader, and agency partners to develop a content strategy for U.S. Crop Protection
Conduct content audits to identify gaps/opportunities and work with the content manager to fill in gaps/optimize existing content
Plan content capture opportunities to best showcase portfolio subject matter experts and influencers
Ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos
Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
Develop content and retargeting journeys, in conjunction with MCMs and campaign managers
Develop test/learn/iterate content pilots regularly for content initiatives
Seek content partnerships with a portfolio that adds value
Work closely with Seeds Content Specialists, agency partners, and freelance writers to ensure content execution and process optimization
Qualifications

Education: You have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
What Skills You Need: Five (5) or more years' experience in content strategy, planning, and content distribution (utilizing digital channels to distribute content)
Previous education and experience in digital marketing project management
You are a superior communicator (writing, presentations, content creation, etc....) and have proven experience working successfully with a variety of stakeholders
You are a creative thinker and self-starter, who can take initiative, be proactive, and work independently
You are comfortable with technology and possess an excellent computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required

Foundational understanding of the U.S. Agriculture industry

Work Authorization & Relocation: VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position
A relocation package is not offered for this position
Flexible Work Location (may work 1-4 days at home per week) This role can accommodate a flexible work arrangement where you may work multiple days a week from home
