Responsibilities
• Greet guests and learn their needs.• Conduct makeup demonstrations and lessons.• Share product knowledge and makeup techniques.• Serve as brand ambassadors and meet sales targets.• Maintain clientele portfolio and participate in promotions.• Study and practice skill certification requirements.• Participate in training sessions and maintain work environment.• Assist with inventory management tasks.
Requirements
• 3-4 years of retail experience, including cosmetics artistry.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Adherence to dress code standards and professional appearance.• Sales, product and service competency.• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Ability to work nights and weekends.
