Responsibilities
• Develop therapy plan based on territory knowledge and market intelligence• Implement territory sales plan and maintain awareness of product updates• Provide in-service meetings to communicate advantages of referring patients• Analyze prescribing patterns and update territory sales plan• Prepare and submit sales activity and expense reports• Attend departmental conference calls, training sessions, meetings, and conventions• Collaborate with sales training associates for compliance and awareness• Work with operations associates to review procedures and software• Communicate with trade team on new product launch opportunities• Perform necessary operations to meet schedules and quality requirements• Respond to inquiries, facilitate referrals, and participate in meetings• Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 4+ years of sales experience• Excellence in meeting and growing territory sales• Excellent communication skills• Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems• Ability to build enduring customer relationships• Ability to analyze data/territory activity and define focus for growth
