What We Provide You: Excellent medical, dental, vision insurance Competitive Pay 10 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off Company Paid Life, Short-term and Long-term disability 403(b) plan and company match What You Provide Us: Meets with patients for one-on-one support and guidance Assists patients with developing recovery plans, coping methods, and rehabilitation strategies with patient and behavioral health team Monitors patient's behavior, schedule, medication, and activities to report back to behavioral health team Liaising with family members and medical professionals regularly Generates recovery reviews and performance documents to track the rehabilitation process Assists with arranging medical appointments, therapy sessions, support groups, and other resources to aid the patient as indicated by the patient Must Haves: High School Diploma or GED required Completed Peer Support Training with a valid certificate Experience in community engagement, with emphasis on building & maintaining partnerships Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Any combination of experience and education that provides the required skills may be considered
