The Unlicensed Flex Team in the Member Service Center has an opening for an Unlicensed Flex Specialist. Applicants must be able to handle high volume while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail. This position is open to our Traverse City, Michigan office and requires you to be in the office.
What You'll Do:
Process member payments efficiently and accurately. Handle member applications and incoming documents promptly. Manage diverse workflows effectively. Convert electronic communications into member files. Process updates to member policies. Call out to members to get updated information as needed. Achieve monthly team production and accuracy goals consistently. Support other departments with data entry and various projects as needed. This Might Describe You:
Proficient in utilizing computer systems and applications, particularly MS Office products Demonstrated capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional time management skills Able to manage high workloads while upholding quality standards Strong ability to work independently Adaptable to varying daily operational needs Embraces change with an open and positive attitude Excellent communication skills Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent attendance Exhibits Hagerty Core Values Must type a minimum of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable Other things to note:
This position is an in-office role at our Traverse City, Michigan location The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
