Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Review and create purchase orders in Oracle to ensure timely execution of Indirect activities and corporate functions.• Research and investigate potential suppliers, evaluate supplier capability, and negotiate pricing.• Independently and/or in collaboration with internal and external partners, administer programs and define processes.• Lead and inspire fellow employees, manage projects for continuous improvement, and communicate with stakeholders.• Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to assigned categories.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing.• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management or related business experience.• CPSM or CPM certification a plus, Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.• Strong data analytics and familiarity with Office suite products especially Excel.• High sense of accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.• Background in IT, Corporate Travel, or Transportation Categories is a benefit.
