Responsibilities:
Design and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Craft tailored educational plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Conduct Engaging Virtual Lessons: Utilize innovative teaching methods to deliver dynamic and interactive online lessons.
Leverage Technology for Interactive Learning: Harness the power of educational technology to create immersive learning experiences.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Assess and Adapt Teaching Methods: Continuously evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to foster growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Special Education: Possess a strong foundation in special education principles and practices.
Valid Special Education Teaching License in [State]: Hold a current teaching license in special education to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Experience in Virtual Teaching: Prior experience in remote teaching environments, demonstrating proficiency in virtual instruction.
