Experience in coaching and leading a high-performance sales team. Retail, Spa or Beauty Industry preferred, but not required. A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, with strong communication skills. Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved. Ability to achieve results through others. Ability to manage a budget within guidelines based on the center's trends and projections. Ability to problem solve and work through issues. Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction. We offer a full training process that will allow even a beginner Wax Associate the ability to learn the services and technique and be ready to service paying guests within 6 days. We look for our Front Desk Associates to have passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights.
