Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate employee activities• Deliver spa services• Maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas• Obtain feedback on product quality and service levels• Handle guest problems and complaints• Administer property policies and conduct disciplinary procedures• Support training initiatives for new hires and ongoing training• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by leadership team• Assist with guest inquiries• Report maintenance problems and safety hazards
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 3 years' experience in spa, guest services, or related field• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred• Exceptional attention to details, time management and customer service skills• Ability to maintain a friendly, positive attitude• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Friendly, professional, and patient• Strong issue resolution and analytical skills with attention to detail
