Local Denver Established Neighborhood Restaurant now hiring for our Sous Chef position. This is a salaried position and reports to the executive chef.

Sous Chef Responsibilities include: As a Sous Chef your responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, food orders and vendor relationships, team training, food costing and labor budgeting, menu development and daily communication with the FOH team. All the normal stuff.

Sous Chef Qualifications include:-

-2-+ years Kitchen Management Experience

-3 Years kitchen line experience

-a desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen

-a desire to work with local farms

-fine dining experience a plus

-menu development

-Leadership

-full time availability

-pasta making, butchery and pastry experience is a plus

-appreciation and gratitude

-guest relations focus

-strong verbal and written communication skills

-proven industry experience
