This position is for someone who prides themselves on operating with integrity and professionalism with a passion for serving high-quality and delicious food! The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the kitchen team and maintaining restaurant standards while fostering a positive team environment. The role requires active participation in working and executing the service line while ensuring kitchen and safety standards.
The Sous Chef: Possesses experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, in a management or lead-line cook position.
