Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and motivate culinary team• Ensure consistent quality and taste of dishes• Manage food costs and maintain highest quality standards• Maintain safe and clean kitchen environment• Work closely with front-of-house staff for guest experience
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in high-volume, full-service restaurant• Proficiency in Latin American cuisine is highly desirable• Strong leadership and management skills• Creative flair and passion for exploring new culinary trends• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Food safety certification is a plus
