Responsibilities
• Work every station on the line• Coordinate culinary teams and ensure standards are met• Interview and evaluate candidates• Training and monitoring of employees• Assist with banquets/events and equipment maintenance• Collaborate on new menu items• Ensure compliance with health department regulations• Uphold Arlo Hotels culture and policies
Requirements
• 10+ years cooking experience in high volume kitchen• 2+ years of management experience• Proficient in English• Ability to lift 50 lbs• Ability to stand for 8+ hours• Great knife skills and extensive kitchen knowledge• Knowledge of health department codes and regulations• ServSafe certificate
