Responsibilities
• Assist with overall success of the food program• Oversee culinary functions• Assist in planning, ordering, and food preparation• Create menus• Manage cost controls• Coordinate and participate in food preparation• Assist with managing cost controls• Roll out new culinary programs• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 5 years related culinary experience• 1 year at supervisory or lead level• Experience in various food service operations• Knowledge of food trends, safety, and presentation• Ability to set up production sheets• Supervisory and leadership skills• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts preferred
