Job Responsibilities: Assist and support the Recruiting Department Learn how to execute the recruiting process for assigned open requisitions Learn how to be a recruiting partner with experience in supporting all business units Shadow Sales, Manufacturing, Corporate, and Regional Recruiters Source passive candidates from various pools of talent Develop and execute candidate search strategies for hard-to-fill roles Build knowledge with ATS (SuccessFactors) and various job boards Strong focus on metrics to help drive organization and recruiting efficiency, improve key processes, and make determinations to enhance the team Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Be in enrolled in college and pursuing a degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, human resources, or a related business program. Strong communication, organizational, time management, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment Applicants must be able to work 40 hrs. through Summer and then Parttime through Fall and Spring Semesters out of our New Bremen, Ohio office.
