In this role, you will partner with the broader recruiting team and leaders across the business to define sourcing strategies, attract and engage passive candidates, and build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines across a variety of departments. You will report to the Manager of Business Recruiting. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays). This role is a full-time, temporary, position to provide coverage until Q4 2024.  What You'll DoSource and engage top talent for unique and evergreen roles across a diverse set of departments including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Analytics, and ProductPartner with the broader recruiting team to determine best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methodsAnalyze sourcing funnel and conversion metrics to provide recommendations on how to increase response and interest ratesCreate creative sourcing strategies to differentiate GlossGenius at the top of funnelWhat We're Looking For1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related fieldOrganizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion and excitement for building exceptional teamsAn ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detailA customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managersThe starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $70,000-$80,000. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education.
