TELEPHONE AND COMPUTER Join MTI, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, as we seek a highly motivated individual to become an integral part of our Sales team. As an Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving our corporate goals. The chosen candidate will be tasked with closely collaborating with our field sales representatives and distribution partners. This role involves in our of our CRM/ERP system, actively contributing to sales growth within a designated territory, and offering support to fellow members of the sales management team as required. This on-site position, based in SLC, Utah, offers a competitive salary, commission, and a collaborative work environment. QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM OF AN ASSOCIATE DEGREE (BACHELOR PREFERRED)2 YEARS OF INSIDE OR OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE PROFICIENT IN COMPUTER SOFTWARE, ERP AND CRM SYSTEMS STRONG TEAM PLAYER WITH EXCELLENT MOTIVATION AND CAPABLE OF WORKING INDEPENDENTLY EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILL WITH A DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OUTSTANDING TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND PRIORITIZE EFFECTIVELY KNOWLEDGE OF SALES PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCEDURES ABILITY TO INTERPRET SALES METRICS AND PERFORM ACCURATE DATA ENTRY DETAIL-ORIENTED
BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO ATTEND TRADE SHOWS RESPONSIBILITIES COLLABORATE WITH SALES MANAGEMENT, DISTRIBUTOR PARTNERS AND FIELD SALES TO CLOSE SALES AND ACHIEVE GOALS ADDRESS PRODUCT AND PRICING INQUIRIES FROM FIELD SALES, DEALER REPS AND MANAGERS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH FIELD SALES ON VARIOUS TASKS WHICH INCLUDE; SALES QUOTES, PRODUCT CONFIGURATION, CRM AND VIRTUAL DEMOS MANAGE CRM FOR ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S), INCLUDING UPDATING DATA WITHIN; LEADS, CONTACTS, ACCOUNTS AND OPPORTUNITIES ANSWER AND MANAGE INCOMING CALLS, PROVIDING INFORMATION, TAKING MESSAGES, OR TRANSFERING CALLS AS NEEDED SOLTUIONS ADVISOR INSIDE TEAM TO MANAGE PRODUCT DEMO ROOM SEND SALES AND MARKETING MATERIALS TO SALES TEAM, DISTRIBUTORS AND CUSTOMERS GENERATE LEADS FOR ASSIGNED TERRITORY MANAGE CRM FOR ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S) TO INCLUDE KEEPING CONTACTS, ACCOUNTS, LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES UP TO DATE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS AND CUSTOMERS DEVELOP EXPERTISE AS A PRODUCT SPECIALIST ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTHCARE IN THE ASSIGNED TERRITORY(S) ASSIST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH OVERFLOW CALLS ATTEND PRODUCT TRAINING, INCLUDING TRADESHOWS
