Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in solution architecture
Proven track record in software development and modernization endeavors, encompassing progressive technologies such as cloud platforms, automation, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
Proficiency in crafting high-performance, high-availability systems, with a particular focus on projects of significant national importance
Demonstrated ability in serving as a solution architect, seamlessly integrating disparate technologies to form cohesive solutions that directly address client needs
Experience in developing and delivering tailored, intricate presentations to clients, effectively illustrating solutions and enhancing capture efforts
Skilled in engaging senior-level client stakeholders, providing technical thought leadership, and fostering innovation to meet business objectives
Capability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in establishing frameworks for systems modernization using integrated DevSecOps toolchains and test-driven development practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies at scale, particularly in environments with multiple, product-centric Agile teams
Knowledge of underlying services in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

At our company, we recognize and reward your contributions with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and recognition awards program. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 annually.
Work Model:
We prioritize flexibility and collaboration, whether working remotely or in-person at client sites or our facilities.
Remote or Hybrid: Work from a Booz Allen or client site facility as needed.
Onsite: Collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required for the role.
