Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry
Proficiency in system integration across multiple avionics lab environments for development, integration, and testing
Demonstrated experience in software requirements development and verification methods, including but not limited to review of requirement documents, software documents, DOORS, Agile methodologies, test and evaluation, and airworthiness certification
Proven ability to lead technical discussions pertaining to software avionic platforms, subsystems, and line replacement units during project planning and review sessions, as well as informal interactions with clients or external agencies
Capability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities within an aircraft modification program
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering
Preferred Skills:
Experience with avionics, aircraft weapons, and system integration across multiple avionics lab settings for development, integration, and testing
Familiarity with creating or reviewing safety-critical items for compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
Track record of recommending corrective actions when necessary
Experience in engineering review and analysis of weapon system contractor proposals and technical documentation in support of DoD aircraft, avionics, and software systems
Ability to provide inputs and recommendations for programmatic, engineering, and test briefings, planning efforts, execution, documentation activities, and reviews
Knowledge of aircraft systems and subsystems to assess form, fit, and function capabilities
Familiarity with DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
Active Top Secret clearance
Clearance:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may be required to meet eligibility criteria for accessing classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

At our Company, we recognize and celebrate your contributions while supporting your overall well-being. Compensation at our Company is influenced by factors such as location, education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annually (USD). Please note that this is one component of our Company's total compensation package for employees.

If listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from our Company or client site facility.
If listed as onsite, you'll collaborate with colleagues and clients in person, as required for the role.
