Position Summary:
Are you ready to be a part of something big? We're looking for a Software Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing software licensing renewals, subscription updates, and coordinating software upgrades. You'll work closely with our vendor partners and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our vendor partners to obtain quotations for licensing renewals and ensure timely renewal of customer subscriptions.
Prepare proposals for licensing renewals and software upgrades, working closely with our sales team to meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of licensing expiration dates and coordinate renewal proposals well in advance.
Utilize our internal tools to track customer activity and project status, ensuring smooth operations and proactive communication.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong understanding of the systems and services we provide.
Uphold our commitment to excellence through strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in process coordination or organizational support.
Familiarity with the technology industry, particularly in areas related to security systems, is preferred.
A 2-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with a salary range of $54,000 - $81,000 per year. Additionally, eligible employees may receive annual bonuses based on performance.
