Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to the following:Support development of both Sponsor internal and external classified websites to convey the Sponsor's messageServe as the SharePoint Site Collection AdministratorUpdate website content with particular fields of information, ensuring all entries are classified correctly and accuratelySupport development of graphics content for websites, placemats, and newslettersSupport gathering and creating content, editing content, and disseminating the monthly Newsletter ensuring all entries are classified correctly and accuratelySupport development of branding and marketing as neededManage website updates and review webpages for adherence to Sponsor and Federal policiesIdentify and/or help to implement new website technologiesSupport conversion of legacy websites to adhere to current branding and layoutPlan, develop, and execute new pages for Sponsor's websiteDevelop a communication plan and strategic roadmap that aligns with Sponsor's strategies for recommendation to Center LeadershipSupport other ad-hoc web development needs.Qualifications
Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with PolyMust successfully pass Sponsor's SharePoint Collection Administrator training.Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectivesStrong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasksAbility to rapidly and effectively analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails, develop fluency with online tracking toolsProven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholdersAbility to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated good judgment, initiative and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertiseAbility to support multiple programs and projects simultaneouslyExtensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiencesAbility to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audienceStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with strong initiative and follow throughExpert level skills with Microsoft Office productsBachelor's (or equivalent) with 8 - 10 yrs. of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 yrs. of experience, or relevant experience
