About this RoleAs a Software Engineer,You will be part of the core product engineering team handling the Talent Acquisition AI product line, which is the flagship AI product of Eightfold. Technical contributions will span across the entire tech stack and will build exciting new customer-facing software features and capabilities.What you will do (or learn to do)Develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our productPrototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experienceParticipate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality Handle enterprise customer escalation issues promptly and thoroughly.What you bringBS/MS in Computer Science is preferred1-5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Backend and/or Frontend. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and zone. Zones are determined by location. Zone A is in SF Bay Area, CA .
