DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: automation testing; ATM domain; application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines; architecture and design across all systems; developmental toolsets; automation source code management with Bit bucket; providing estimation for JIRA stories; participating in retrospectives; CI/CD pipeline; Jules build creation; test environment setups; Selenium, QTP, RFT or any web based automation tool; service level API testing using SOAP UI, POSTMAN, or LISA; server data migration tests; Scrum Meetings and Three Amigo Sessions; working closely with DevOps and Agile transformation teams; logging Analysis using Splunk/FileZilla; researching Production Defects; ATM testing experience; ATM Test lab 3.0 experience; Splunk for creating advanced dashboards for production monitoring and alert setups; Base24 host system for ATM card management and terminal management; and ATM deposit processing in downstream systems, such as MTR or VPC, through check processing and posting in DDA.
Job Location: 370 South Cleveland Avenue, Westerville, Ohio 43081. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
