Experience and Qualifications: To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience: 10+ years of professional experience with a PhD or equivalent 12+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree or equivalent 14+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with Poly Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments Strong background in object-oriented programming languages Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional problem-solving abilities in ambiguous scenarios Self-starter with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies Desired Qualifications: Expertise in data ingestion, ETL processes, and data modeling Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Python Familiarity with Restful web services and API integration Knowledge of code development, deployment practices, and version control Exposure to cloud architectures (e.g., AWS EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Elastic Search) Proficiency in XML data formats and processing techniques (XSLT, XPath) Previous experience leading software development teams is a plus Telework/Remote Availability: Limited telework is possible, but not on a regular basis
