Pay Range: $25-28/Hr. DOE

What you will do: The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients. Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management. Charts as assigned Assists with Resident Council Assists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residents Follows all center's policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to speak, understand, write and read in English Previous experience in a long term care setting PREFERRED Caldera Cares for you!
