Social Media Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid - must be willing and able to come into the Bellevue office 3x a week.

Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and deliver leads through innovative paid and organic social media strategies. Your role will encompass crafting compelling campaigns, engaging with our community across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, and analyzing performance to drive growth and enhance ROI. Join us in shaping our digital narrative and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways, leveraging your expertise in content creation, budget management, analytics, and notably, your experience in marketing SaaS platforms to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Development: Create, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to drive leads and meet performance objectives. Platform Expertise: Proficiently navigate social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to leverage their advertising and non-paid capabilities. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to align paid social media campaigns with overall content strategy and brand messaging as well as craft content for social media. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, forecast results, and propose adjustments to optimize ROI. Understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across various paid social media channels to maximize campaign effectiveness. Become an extension of the company's brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones. 4+ years of experience in SaaS B2B social media marketing. Experienced leveraging social media for PLG and SLG strategies as well as product lifecycle marketing in the SaaS space. Experience in creating, managing, and measuring campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in SaaS B2B social media marketing. Experienced leveraging social media for PLG and SLG strategies as well as product lifecycle marketing in the SaaS space. Experience in creating, managing and measuring campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Tiktok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
