Social Media Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a driven and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels for our company and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make adjustments as needed- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices- Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategy- Manage social media advertising campaigns- Build relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand reach

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 4 years of experience in social media management- Strong leadership and planning skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics- Strong attention to detail- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
