We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Social Media Manager to join our team at Marathon Oil in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed- Manage and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives with social media content and promotion
Requirements:- Passionate about social media and digital marketing- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools- Prior experience in social media management or marketing is a plus but not required
