FirstEnergy is seeking a dedicated and confident Social Media Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn- Create and schedule engaging content for various platforms- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall strategy- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Proven track record of managing social media channels for a business or organization- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
