Are you passionate about creating engaging video content for social media? We are looking for a creative and skilled individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ideating, producing, editing, and publishing video content from our podcast shows across various social platforms. Your work will help drive listeners to our podcasts and develop our brand.
About Us:
Since our founding in 2016, we have been at the forefront of digital media innovation, focusing exclusively on short-form, daily podcasts that have become an industry standard. We pioneered the local team podcast model and have launched some of the most popular sports podcasts in the country. Our network now produces over 200 podcast shows covering every NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL team, as well as major college sports teams. We also offer industry-leading daily podcasts for fantasy sports, league drafts, and more. Our content reaches an audience of 30 million listeners and viewers each month.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Understanding of how to effectively use content and graphics on social media
In-depth sports knowledge
Proficient in video editing and graphic design for social media
Ability to create and use templates for hosts
Understanding of social media metrics to monitor success
Proven track record in producing engaging social media content
Responsibilities:
Ideate, produce, edit, and publish video-first content from our podcast network
Create engaging content for hosts' social media accounts and our main accounts
Monitor the sports world for the biggest stories and related content
Assist with graphics for power rankings, poll questions, and other social content
Respond promptly to breaking news and engage in trending conversations
Be fearlessly creative, willing to take risks, and learn from mistakes
