Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to provide full-funnel digital marketing support from Social• Utilize all major social media platforms to drive results• Monitor and analyze platform-specific social media trends, insights, and best practices• Create and curate engaging and impactful social content• Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms• Develop and manage paid and/or boosted advertising campaigns and budgets• Manage online communities and respond to comments and inquiries• Monitor and report on KPIs and make data-driven recommendations• Collaborate and communicate well with cross-functional teams• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies• Plan and execute Earned social efforts in the form of Influencer, Ambassador, Affiliate, and Creator Campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field• 3-5 years of experience in social digital marketing• Passion for Social Media as a powerful digital marketing channel• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing tools• Strong proficiency in social content creation• Experience with paid and/or boosted social media campaigns• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in ecommerce marketing• Knowledge of digital customer acquisition and audience-building strategies• Experience with social marketing campaigns• Experience around the Creator Economy• Graphic design skills• Photo & Video editing skills
