Snr Electrical Engineer - Mining & Minerals

$descriptionQUALIFICATIONSSkills and Qualifications:- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional Registration (P.E.).- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, including 5 years with an engineering firm.- CAD software proficiency for electrical design- Experience with electrical engineering modeling software such as SKM or ETAP.- Understanding of electrical engineering standards including NEC, IEEE, and NFPA 70E.- Experience with Medium and High Voltage Equipment.- Experience in the mining, minerals and or metals industry.- Knowledge of renewable energy sources like solar or wind is desirable.- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Job Requirements:Authorization to lawfully work in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
