Job Description: Specific Position Requirements Responsibilities As a SCW Analyst for Client A&CS Part Services located in Milan IL you will work In collaboration with your customers and teammates directly support the advancement of the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative at Client driving transformational change to Warehouse Management solutions and processes via new and advanced capabilities by configuring and testing systems in support of the global design local layout and functional requirements.
Works closely with worldwide Operations and Engineering leads responsible for Warehouse Management processes (Client and 3P) throughout all phases of the Smart Connected Warehouse global implementation to ensure delivery of common solutions of optimal performance within the Parts/A&CS division.
Provide production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed including deploying new capabilities as they are developed
Create training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff. Perform enduser training and directly support implementations.
What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
2 years experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function
Strong communication and collaboration skills
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences) 2 years of experience working in warehouse or other operation
2 years of experience working in an engineering role in support or operations
Experience with SQL SAS and/or Python for data analysis
Experience Training personnel (processes best practices)
Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems
Experience developing and/or interpreting process maps. (Example: Visio)
Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
