• Responsible for all aspects of maintaining and growing a portfolio of small business clients• Primary business development focus on the low to mid-range of the small business client segment• Handle referrals from Banking Centers, and establish full relationships with clients• Achieve sales goals through proactive activities and behaviors• Build collaborative, client-focused relationships• Manage loan portfolio and maintain credit quality standards• Ensure correct loan documentation and compliance requirements• Deliver exceptional client service within loan standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience• 2+ years banking experience with 1+ years in related work experience preferred• Formal loan underwriting and credit analysis training within 12 months of start date
