CORE REQUIREMENTS: Slate or Tile roofing experience. A valid driver's license that qualifies for coverage from our insurance (typically 4 points or less) is preferred. Must be able to carry 50 lbs regularly. Must be willing to travel and work over time. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. WHAT WE OFFER: STARTING PAY RATE OF $20 HR based on experience TRAVEL BONUSES, SATURDAY WORK BONUSES AND PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUSES. Uncapped Over Time and Work through the Winter. Health, Vision, Dental Insurance and 401(k) after 90 days. Paid in house and onsite training for our apprenticeship program. Paid travel time, hotel and per diem provided for out of town projects. Paid holidays and vacation offerings. Promotions based on performance, not tenure.
