Position – Skilled Machine Operator
Job Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – Immediately
Employment Term – Temp to Hire/Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift, trains on 1st shift
Starting Pay – $ 22-25 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of machine operation, mechanically inclination required
Position trains 5 days a week 1st shift, Monday through Friday with transition to 4x10 hours on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and run the machines, thermoforming
- Qualify the product during running and after completion
- Set up tooling required for each operation unassisted
- Ability to confirm job specs, adjustment to machine and runs
- Complete required preventative maintenance
- Palletize, packaging and inspect as per instructions
- Ability to use hand tools
- Must be able to work independently
Qualifications: Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Visual inspection skills required
